Pilates Mat Classes

I currently run three public weekly Pilates classes in the SE1 area.

Please note that these are not held at the studio in Borough but at the venues detailed below.


Monday - 8pm - Bermondsey Central Hall, 256 Bermondsey Street SE1 3UJ

Tuesday - 7pm - Bermondsey Central Hall, 256 Bermondsey Street SE1

Saturday - 9am - Bermondsey Village Hall, Leathermarket Gdns, Kirby Row SE1 3TD


My classes are kept small with a maximum of 12 people. In our class we use various props to add challenge and variety, this bands, magic circle, weights and various Pilates balls. The aim of the session is always to get our bodies moving in all directions, using different muscle groups and joints, to strengthen, stretch and improve our overall movement while still have a little bit of fun!

Beginners are welcome as we can adapt the exercises but the class also caters for those who want to make Pilates part of their regular weekly routine. The class is also suitable if you have been referred from a Physio/Doctor as long as you have been cleared to exercise, although it may be prudent to consider a couple of 1:1 sessions if there are specific issues that you need addressing before joining the general class but please contact me to discuss.

Please note that my general classes are not suitable while pregnant.
