Stacey Keating

Stacey first came to Pilates after the birth of her first child, struggling with serious back issues both her Osteopath and Physio recommended Pilates and she has never looked back. Throughout having a young family, Pilates proved to ease her back pain, while getting stronger at the same time, “it really did make a difference, I felt that Pilates could help everyone”.

She trained with London based Body Control Pilates from 2017 and has qualified in teaching Pilates comprehensively using all Pilates equipment. She has also completed further training in lower back pain, bone health conditions, pregnancy, postnatal and the Franklin Method. Personally, Pilates has improved her running and she has completed the London Marathon which she truly believes could not have occurred without the strength and mobility that Pilates gave her.

She set up Curve Pilates in 2019, running mat classes in the SE1 area and then founded Curve Pilates, the studio, in May 2024.

Stacey teaches Tuesday lunchtimes, Thursday evenings and will often pop up covering sessions. She also teaches all of the 1:1 sessions at the studio.
